Everything you need to know about booking with us
These terms apply to every booking made with Norton Court Farm. By making a reservation, the guest or the company booking on behalf of a guest accepts the following conditions in full. No external terms, policies or agreements supplied by any third party will be accepted or recognised.
Guest refers to the individual staying at the property.
Booking Party refers to the individual or company making the booking and accepting financial responsibility.
We, us, our refers to Norton Court Farm.
Only Norton Court Farm terms apply to all bookings.
We do not accept or operate under any external terms or policies from insurers, agents, lead generators, corporate housing providers or any other third party.
Any attempt to apply external terms will be rejected in full.
Payment must be made in full before check in.
The booking party is responsible for ensuring all payments are completed on time.
If payment is not received, the booking will not be permitted to begin.
We may request a damage deposit at our discretion.
The booking party is fully liable for all damages, missing items, breakages or additional costs caused during the stay, regardless of whether they were caused intentionally, accidentally or by any member of the group.

We will charge the booking card on file or invoice the company directly.
Failure to pay will result in formal recovery action.
We retain full control over all guest communication.
We will speak directly with the guest regarding:
No third party may restrict or redirect our communication.
We retain the right to communicate with any guest who stays with us for future bookings or marketing purposes.
The booking party may not restrict guests from booking with us again in the future.
We are not bound by any non solicitation or non circumvention terms supplied by a third party.
We decide all cleaning standards, maintenance standards and safety procedures.
We do not operate under external company requirements relating to:
We maintain the property to our own standards which exceed normal hospitality expectations.
We reserve the right to enter the property with reasonable notice to ensure safety, maintenance or compliance with our rules.
We will never enter without a valid reason.
Guest safety and privacy will always be respected.
Any CCTV or security equipment at the property is operated under our own privacy policy and UK law.
We do not deactivate, remove or alter security systems at the request of any third party.
We do not pay relocation costs or guest compensation requested by insurers, agents or corporate housing providers.
If an issue arises, we resolve it directly with the guest through our own procedures.
Our cancellation policy applies to every booking.
External cancellation policies are not recognised.
Guests or companies wishing to cancel must follow our published policy at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to remove any guest who is:
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Extensions must be requested directly through Norton Court Farm.
We may approve or decline any extension at our discretion.
No third party has exclusivity or control over future stays.
We are not responsible for:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in this jurisdiction.
All stays at Norton Court Farm are granted under a temporary licence to occupy.
This licence is for holiday use or short term accommodation only. It does not create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, a periodic tenancy or any form of protected tenancy under the Housing Act 1988 or any related legislation.
The guest has no exclusive possession of the property and Norton Court Farm retains full control and management of the property at all times.
The guest acknowledges that the accommodation is not their primary residence and cannot be used as such.
Check in and check out times are final unless agreed in writing by Norton Court Farm.
Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check out time. Failure to leave the property on time will result in additional charges and may result in removal by our team or the relevant authorities.
An unapproved overstay does not create any right to remain, any tenancy or any form of protected occupancy.
Extensions must be formally approved and paid for before the current stay ends.
We may request identification from the booking party or guests at any time to verify identity, prevent fraud or meet insurance or safety requirements.
Failure to provide valid identification on request may result in cancellation of the booking, refusal of entry or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Accepted forms of ID include a driving licence, passport or official company documentation where applicable.
We will happily accept corporate, contractor or insurance clients, but only under Norton Court Farm terms and under no circumstances under any external terms, frameworks or operational policies.
If a company cannot operate under these rules, we cannot accept the booking.
